Our team searches the rental market for the best fit in safe, welcoming neighborhoods, attends showings on your behalf, and provides virtual tours when needed. We guide you through digital lease signing and ensure secure payment transfers, giving you peace of mind that every step is handled with care.
Simple Process
1. Contact & Consultation
Tell us your budget, timeline, and housing needs—we’ll take it from there.
2. Profile & Setup
Submit basic rental documents and pay the $300 CAD service fee to start your personalized search.
3. Customized Search
We curate pre-screened listings with photos and neighbourhood insights. We will offer 3 options based on your criteria and view 3 properties for you.
4. Guided Viewings
Join virtual or in-person tours. If you cannot join, our team will view properties for you and send you the videos/ photos.
5. Application Help
We assist with applications, documents, and negotiations.
6. Payments
All deposits and first months rent are handled through our protected payment system.
7. Lease & Move-In
We coordinate signing, key handover, and a smooth arrival.
8. Settling-In Support
Help with utilities, services, and neighborhood guidance. Ongoing assistance is provided to our clients in the event there are any landlord issues.
